Welcome to Kasti ("App," "Service"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kasti mobile application operated by Dmitrii Ziuzin ("we," "our," or "us"), located at 30 Uus, Tallinn, 10111, Estonia.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
Kasti is a mobile application designed for building Estonian vocabulary and learning other languages that Kasti provides. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify the operator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:
Sharing your login information with others or allowing multiple users to access your account.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Using bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service.
Engaging in harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward other users.
Uploading, sharing, or creating inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
Using the Service for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Dmitrii Ziuzin and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
When user-generated content features are available, you retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display your content within the Service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by the operator without compensation or attribution to you.
The App offers optional in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time lifetime access. These are processed via Apple's App Store using your Apple ID account.
Available options:
"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the App and may end if the Service is discontinued at the operator's discretion, without prior notice. Prices are displayed in euros or the equivalent in your local currency based on App Store conversion rates.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's App Store account settings.
Free trials, pricing, and subscription options may change at any time without prior notice. Any changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect existing subscriptions. Refunds are handled solely through Apple and must be requested using the App Store's built-in refund process. The operator does not issue refunds directly.
The Service primarily operates online, with potential offline functionality for certain features. Internet connection may be required for full functionality.
The App may send push notifications related to your learning progress and other Service-related updates.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
Your privacy is important to the operator. The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Service. By using it, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The operator does not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dmitrii Ziuzin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dmitrii Ziuzin from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the operator at kastiapp@gmail.com.
The operator may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the operator at kastiapp@gmail.com.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
